Description
Pietersite comes from Africa. It is an aggregate stone made up of tiger eye and hawk’s eye and often features blue-green colors. Like tigers eye, it has “chatoyancy” a shimmering quality that gives a feeling of movement. These beautiful post earrings measure 25mm x 34mm or about 1.0″ x 1 3/8″ and have larger earring backs to keep them snug and secure. Perfectly paired, the stones measure 14mmx22mm. I’m always searching for stones that have that black appeal so many women look for, but have more interest than an all black stone. Fabricated in my Harbor Springs, MI studio. One of kind originals.
