Gem quality beads make up this beautiful strand of Gem Kyanite. It measures 19″ long. The beads graduate from about 7mm long to 9.5mm long and are crystal clear. The clasp is sterling silver.
Kyanite is a silicate mineral that is formed during the regional metamorphism of clay-rich sediments. Its color ranges from gray-green to black or blue with white and blue-gray being the most common colors. Kyanite of this quality and clearness is rare.
