This customer inherited her mothers’ jewelry and one ring had these marquise blue diamonds in it. She wasn’t fond of the ring, but loved the blue diamonds. We pulled the diamonds and made a striking pair of earrings for her. It wasn’t normal to set these marquise diamonds in this manner, but in the end, it turned out great.
