Trillium Jewelry

The Trillium Jewelry that Mary Ann Archer designs began in 2000 and has been cultivated with much love, attention to quality and detail and exclusivity. After  twenty years in the make, it continues to bloom and grow and today has become a diverse and much collected collection that can be worn both casually and for special occasions. Trillium flowers in nature take many shapes and Archers’ unique designs do as well. This year a new trillium ring has been designed. Mary Ann’s exclusive trillium jewelry collection consists of earrings, pendants, rings, brooches, and bracelets in 14K gold, sterling silver and combinations of both metals. Sometimes the trillium jewelry designs feature diamonds and other precious and semi-precious gemstones, or pearls. Custom orders and requests are always welcomed.

When the snow begins to thaw in northern Michigan we start to dream of warm weather. As the trilliums begin to pop up out of the ground it is a sure sign that spring has sprung in the woodlands territory. Their coming is anticipated with great enthusiasm because it is symbolic of the end to an often long winter.

This beautiful and elegant white flower has three wavy, triangular-shaped petals that symbolize strength, so needed to endure the cold temperatures. Trilliums are a protected wildflower and the first to bloom in the spring.

My favorite “Trillium Time” is a full moon evening just before the trees have leafed out and rather than a ground cover of freshly fallen snow, the woods are carpeted with beautiful white moonlit Trilliums.
